I enjoy using this pan. It works great with my induction range. Food stuck just a tad at first, but the pan is getting better seasoned every time it is used. It’s not too heavy – not too light. Heats evenly. This was a very good buy.

I love my set of carbon steel fry pans. I cleaned; blue’d, and seasoned these before their initial use. Similar to cast iron, they took a little special attention at first. I don’t plan to cook any acidic based recipes in them, however for general frying, sautéing or developing a crust on food, these pans rock. They get more non-stick with each use. They can heat up FAST when you want. They can also shed heat QUICKLY when needed. These are great when I’m in a hurry to knock out a quick skillet dish. I can finish in the oven too. I haven’t used them for long slow braising yet. I usually grab my hard anodized or another heavy pan for that kind of cooking. (IMO: no one pan is perfect for everything.) These carbon steel pans are a cinch to clean now that they have been used awhile. I deglaze the pan if anything did stick to it, and rinse. Then add a dime size spot of oil, a heaping tea spoon of very coarse salt, and rub it clean with paper towel. That’s it. The silicone on the handle is a fantastic feature. They are very comfortable and so far, durable. These are a great value when compared to other manufactures similar pans.

They are absolutely wonderful to use. I use the largest 12 ” for my combo breakfast: either chicken
breakfast sausage or turkey bacon, hash brown potatoes, and over easy or scrambled eggs. It’s a brand new experience in cooking since I have only cooked with stainless steel, cast iron or non stick coated frying pans. I look forward to using one of the three pans every day.
