Stable circle

Common problems when using a pan.

If a carbon steel pan is used on an induction cook top ,the base of the pan deforms if  the heat got to high and eventually causing the pan rotates over flat sueface cook tops.

This can cause serious dangers when you’re cooking.

How to make the pan stay stable ?—stable circle

In order to prevent the flat bottom of the pan bulge and start rotating on flat cooking tops, manufacturers designed a concave in the bottom of the pan. However ,deform is unavoidable due to the concavity data is hard to control for pans with bottom in big size ,specially with diameter up to medium size.If over concavity, the center of pan will rise up when heat gets high causing cooking difficulty since the food and oil can’t stay evenly, with food losing fat in the center of the pan.If bad convity , the bottom would be wraped, convex and spinning on cooking surface, with food and oil ony in center, causing dangerous cooking.

Lately,an innovation has been developed by the outstanding R&D Department at ETAC.The Stable Circles,a special bottom design that can not only make the pan steady on flat surface but also spread the oil more evenly.

As the images below demonstrate, there are circles of grooves on the pan surface. These circles can not only keep the pan steady when heat up,the small shallow grooves also collect oil on the pan suface and the small riges around them prevent the oil from spreading around.

Comparing to Normal Concaves

1.Less deform

Deform happens when you over heat the pan too much, the middle part of the pan will rise. But with the latest design, stable circles minimize the deformation and protect the pan for a long term use.

2.Even oil distribution

The cooking oil spreads evenly in the center of the pan all the time.

3.No rotation

With its unique structure, Stable circles make the pan stay steady on a flat cooking surface.
